Vertori's Expands Beer Program to Include Gluten-free Flights

Vertori's Expands Beer Program to Include Gluten-free Flights Vertori's Pizza House has expanded its beer program to include several different gluten-free beer flights. They range from the flight, priced at $8, to a Light to Dark, priced at $15. The program focuses on breweries making gluten-free beers but other flights are available. Each flight offers four beers and the restaurant encourages guests to pair with appetizers, pizza and pasta, salads and dessert selections. The restaurant also announces a Happy Hour with $5 personal pizzas and a rotating $3 beer special.

Vertori's Sponsored the Second Annual Autism Awareness 5K Run and 1 mile Fun Walk on Saturday, April 17th, 2010.

Vertori's asked the public to participate in the event as an individual or team, to run, walk or donate funds to support our local families affected by autism. The event took place on Main Street in Lakewood Ranch. Autism is a complex brain disorder that often inhibits a person's ability to communicate, respond to surroundings and form relationships with others. It is typicaly diagnosed by age two or three and affects all people. There is no know cure or cause and it is the nation's fastest growing develpmental disorder affecting one in 100 children rising 30% each year. 100% of the proceeds rasised from this event stayed right here in our community to support our families affected by autism. Good to be Gluten-Free Bakery

Vertoris Pizza House is proud to announce

Wheat-free baked goods.

The "Good To Be Gluten-Free" baked goods by Vertoris are made
without gluten or wheat to satisfy those with a wheat sensitivity
or Celiac Disease. House-made bakery items include freshly
sliced loaves of pumpernickel, Italian Herb, Foccacia and
Cheddar Cheese breads, hamburger buns, biscuits, muffins,
cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pies and of course pizza crusts.

Farmer's Market Menu

Items are baked in-house by owner Christine Harman and
head baker, Arleen. All bakery items are available for purchase
at the restaurant and orders for carry-out or delivery
can be placed in advance by phoning 751-0333.

Vertoris Announces Gluten-Free Bakery

Wheat sensitive individuals and celiacs are invited to
sample "Good To Be Gluten-Free" bakery items by
Vertoris Pizza House on Saturday mornings at the
Sarasota Farmer's Market from 7am-noon.
Taste freshly baked Cheddar Cheese, Italian Herb, Pumpernickel,
Focaccia or Banana Breads while sampling sweeter baked goods
like Cinnamon Rolls, Pignoli Cookies, Biscotti and Gluten-Free,
Sugar-Free Coconut Macaroons. All bakery items can be purchased
at the market or at Vertoris.
