Wheat-free baked goods.

Wednesdays from 2:30pm-6:30pm at the
New Medicine Community

The "Good To Be Gluten-Free" baked goods by Vertoris are made
without gluten or wheat to satisfy those with a wheat sensitivity
or Celiac Disease. House-made bakery items include freshly
sliced loaves of pumpernickel, Italian Herb, Foccacia and
Cheddar Cheese breads, hamburger buns, biscuits, muffins,
cookies, cakes, cupcakes, pies and of course pizza crusts.
Items are baked in-house by owner Christine Harman and
head baker, Arleen. All bakery items are available for purchase
at the restaurant and orders for carry-out or delivery
can be placed in advance by phoning 751-0333.
Vertoris Announces Gluten-Free Bakery
Wheat sensitive individuals and celiacs are invited to
sample "Good To Be Gluten-Free" bakery items by
Vertoris Pizza House on Saturday mornings at the
Sarasota Farmer's Market from 7am-noon.
Taste freshly baked Cheddar Cheese, Italian Herb, Pumpernickel,
Focaccia or Banana Breads while sampling sweeter baked goods
like Cinnamon Rolls, Pignoli Cookies, Biscotti and Gluten-Free,
Sugar-Free Coconut Macaroons. All bakery items can be purchased
at the market or at Vertoris.
