Our housemade hand-pulled pizza crust has always been the star of the show but this month we are featuring a supporting role; cheese. Choose a combination plate of mozzarella, parmesan or provolone paired with a glass of chianti as an appetizer, or order it as your dessert paired with a stout. Mascarpone pairs well with a glass of riesling while ricotta or Vertori's pizza cheese pairs well with a pilsner. Wine flights and beer flights, including a gluten-free beer flight, can be paired with romano, gorgonzola or goat's milk cheese. Each cheese plate can be made to serve 1, 2-3 or 4 people and ranges from $7 - $15 and it ncludes Italian bread or gluten-free crackers, pistachios and either red or green grapes. Delicious, cool and fun to eat while you wait for your personally prepared pizza.
