When we opened we knew that it wouldn't be easy
to succeed against the giants in this industry.
But we started with a simple philosophy:
Offer the very best products,
at a fair and reasonable price,
and success will soon follow.

Our plan is working, and our business is growing.
Today we continue to maintain an unwavering
commitment to quality, because we know
that quality products attract quality customers.
To our current customers, we want you to know
there aren’t enough words to say how much

We are family operated!
Vertoris uses only 100% whole milk
mozzarella cheese from Wisconsin.
Our dough is made on location.
ALL pizzas are hand tossed and custom baked to order.
We load our pizzas with your choice
of large generous toppings.
Eat with us in our dining room,
carry out or allow us to deliver!

We're often asked what the secret is,
why our pizza is different.
There is no secret.
Put the best stuff in, and the best comes out.
We start with Stanislaus pizza sauce
- it's made from tomatoes, not concentrate -
and add some of our own spices.
We use high grade mozzarella
that's perfectly aged,
and perfectly shredded,
because it makes a difference.
We use non-trans fat oils and
our ground beef and sausages
are lean, are real, and are not soy-extended.
When you order red onions or green peppers,
you get a slice that's 1/8 inch thick,
sliced in the last day or two, not frozen.

In short, everything is
the best of it's kind,
thicker, and we pile it on
like nobody else!
